BIOGRAFIA

THE PROFANE es una banda formada a mediados del mes de julio de 2003 por los hermanos David y Marcelo Arriola, quienes fueran también miembros fundadores de la legendaria banda paraguaya de Death Metal SLOW AGONY.
 
Con un estilo único en el medio, THE PROFANE logró asentarse rápidamente como una de las principales bandas del underground paraguayo. Su música es una mezcla de Metal Extremo, Rock’N’Roll, Hardcore y el Punk.
 
THE PROFANE tiene un estilo que se podría denominar como Death’ N’ Roll, que es una forma de englobar en un término la sutiliza rítmica del Rock’ N’ Roll y la brutal potencia y agresividad del Metal Extremo.
 
En el mes de febrero de 2004 lanzan su primer MCD denominado “Death’ N' Roll From Hell”, editado bajo el sello independiente COVENANT PRODUCTIONS, que es propiedad de la banda.
 
En el mes de Marzo de 2007 se lanza a través del sello colombiano HateWorks el primer CD titulado “Chaosbreed”. Este disco contiene 11 temas del mejor Death ‘N’ Roll, fue producido por Marcelo Arriola y Rolando Obregón en COVENANT PRODUCTIONS, y masterizado en PLATINUM STUDIOS (USA)
 
Luego de que por sus filas hayan pasado varios y destacados músicos amigos (Víctor Sarría, Sebastián Lema, Eulo García), la formación actual de THE PROFANE está integrada por David Arriola (voz), Marcelo Arriola (batería), Diego Arriola (bajo), y el recientemente integrado Julio Peralta (guitarra), en reemplazo de Sebastián Centurión, quien fuera parte de la banda durante tres importantes años.                                
 
Lo más puro y salvaje del Rock’N’Roll paraguayo viene de las entrañas de THE PROFANE.

THE PROFANE  (Biography)

THE PROFANE is a band formed in July, 2003 by the Arriola brothers, David and Marcelo, who were also founding members of the legendary Paraguayan death metal band SLOW AGONY.

With its unique musical style, THE PROFANE quickly managed to establish itself as one of the main bands in the Paraguayan underground scene. Their music could be described as a blend of extreme metal, hardcore, punk, and rock' n' roll.

THE PROFANE define their style as Death'N'Roll, an expression which includes, in one single term, the rhythmical subtlety of rock'n'roll and the brutal power and aggressiveness of extreme metal.

In February, 2004, the band released its first MCD, titled “Death'N'Roll From Hell”, released on COVENANT PRODUCTIONS, an independent record label, owned by the band.

In March, 2007, THE PROFANE releases its long awaited CD, titled “Chaosbreed”, on the Colombian label HateWorks. The album, which includes 11 tracks of the best and most powerful Death'N'Roll, was entirely produced by Marcelo Arriola and Rolando Obregón in COVENANT PRODUCTIONS, and masterized in PLATINUM STUDIOS, in the United States.

The group originally had some outstanding musicians and friends among

their members (Víctor Sarria, Sebastian Lema, Eulo Garcia). The current THE PROFANE line-up is formed by David Arriola (lead vocal), Marcelo Arriola (drums), Diego Arriola (bass), and the recently added, Julio Peralta (guitars), who replaces Sebastián Centurión, former member of the band for three important years.

The wildest and purest paraguayan Death’N’Roll comes from the guts of THE PROFANE.

  unicos en el mundo que banda x dios son los mejores lo unico que les falta es sacar temas en lengua española nativa
  para asi apreciar mejor todavia lo es que la musica en si y la letra osea el mensaje del grupo the profane o no les gusta cantar en castellano la lengua mas rica de todos fuerza ustedes son latinos y deben de cantar en castellano porque the profane es latino carajo y como dice el tema de animal poder latino,.,. saludos
